Effective Email Templates to Convert Passive Candidates (Auto Send with Scout)

You may have across a stunning CV, with all the right certifications and checks all the boxes in terms of culture fit. There's the email address, and you figure this is a done deal. But after sending a simple “hello”, the response is lukewarm: “I'm not really looking to move.”
