Scout now has the ability to point out candidates who are looking for work, but we need your help to make it better!
Whenever you reach out to a candidate through Scout’s automated nurturing emails, they will be able to indicate if they are open to other job opportunities. If selected, you’ll then see a new badge in their profile:
The “Open to Work” badge can be useful if you want to increase the response rate whenever you reach out to a candidate. A person looking out for work will likely be more proactive in the application process, making your work that much easier.
As this is a very new feature and can only get better as more of you reach out to candidates, now would be a good time to log back into Scout and upload your latest open role.
