You’ll notice right away the new summary ribbon located just below the candidate’s name and profile. All critical info is laid out neatly in one place. While work visa requirements and location have always been available on Scout, its AI-driven insights can also now provide:
Skill Match — A compatibility scored calculated by Scout’s AI
Experience Match — How much this candidate matches your role’s seniority requirements, based on derived years of work experience.
We’ve also changed the way Scout lists a candidate’s skills. You’re no longer greeted with a massive keyword dump.
Instead, Scout’s AI will reveal only the most relevant skills to your role. You can still expand the list whenever necessary if you want to see that candidate’s full skill set.
That’s a lot to take in, and the best way to experience it is to login and see if this new layout works for you.
