As you can guess, we’re obsessed with improving efficiency, which is why this latest update further improves collaboration between teammates. With the new Candidate Notes feature, everyone in your team can add, view and share initial thoughts on any talent. Check it out:
You’ll find the new Candidate Notes feature at the bottom right of each profile, just below the button to access contact information.
Whether you’re a recruiter or an in-house talent acquisition, your team will now be in sync on who has been contacted or if they have special requests. For instance, you can mark down salary expectations, or reasons why the talent had left the previous company.
Candidate Notes still works if you’re a solo operator, and can serve as a personalised tool to keep track of every detail within the Scout app. Try it out!
