As Scout continues to grow and expand geographic coverage, we realised a major upgrade was needed. There was just too much data for old code.
Our tech team overhauled the base architecture, adopting more machine learning models to handle more data points.
One change that has gone live is that you can select between Quick or Deep Search at the bottom of the Add New Job page.
One of our Quick Searches yielded 50 candidates in just over 10 seconds — faster than the time taken to write this post!
Deep searches will take an estimated 1 minute to complete, but will source a lot more candidates as it analyses more information per prospective talent.
