You’ve probably shortlisted candidates inside Scout, but what if you came across someone new on LinkedIn? It can be a time waster copy-pasting their names or details.
That’s no longer a problem, thanks to the new shortlist function on Scout’s Chrome Extension! Whenever that purple squirrel shows up, you can put that person on your list for future review on the Scout app.
All it takes is a few steps to start shortlisting on LinkedIn:
- Install the Scout Chrome Extension (if you haven’t yet).
- Go to the candidate’s LinkedIn profile.
- Click on Scout’s icon at the top right of Chrome’s address bar.
- Hit Shortlist and then choose the appropriate job.
Whenever you head back to Scout, you’ll see that particular candidate shortlisted under the specific role that you’d chosen. Try it out on LinkedIn, and see that same candidate pop up inside Scout.
