We’ve just rolled out a sweet workflow bar that lets you filter between the full list, talents you’ve shortlisted, and those that you’ve already engaged.
How do you shortlist? Each candidate’s profile now has a new “shortlist” button at the top right. Clicking on it will mark that talent as shortlisted.
The new workflow bar will be especially helpful for those juggling dozens of open positions. As you jump between different jobs, it gets hard keeping track of who you’ve already reached out to.
